Holistic Massage Therapies

- Relaxation Massage: Become one with the stars as your body is lulled into a deep state of relaxation. A Swedish–style, feel-good massage with a Zen approach, using light to medium pressure with long flowing strokes warming the body. Tune in and tune out with this treatment.
- Therapeutic Massage: This treatment is for bodies in need of deeper, more focused physical-level work. Swedish, Sports massage, and Shiatsu therapies are used to rebalance your body. You will be one with the table after this experience.
- Reflexology Massage: A healing art, or just a really good foot rub? You decide! This ancient therapy relaxes and rejuvenates your whole body when specific pressure points on the hands, feet and, yes, the ears are activated.
- Tandem Massage: The ultimate massage experience! Four skilled hands treating your body to synchronized massage therapy, sending you into a state of relaxation and wellness like you have never experienced before.

- Ayurvedic Massage: Nurture yourself with this ancient healing art from India that will calm the nerves, strengthen the immune system, and detoxify the body. Warm, herbal Ayurvedic oils are used during this treatment, which is customized to your needs and body type.
- Healing Sounds Treatment: Radiate and purify your body as the harmonic tones of crystal singing bowls create a vibrational sound massage. Your session will include a powerfully relaxing Aromatherapy massage and Reiki energy treatment. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after this one!
Acupuncture, Acupressure, and Herbal Medicine with
Betty Patterson, Licensed Acupuncturist
- Wellness Acupuncture: A Chinese Medicine protocol for stress and pain relief. In the caring hands of our therapist, you will experience a very gentle transformation of body, mind, and spirit to a sense of balance, relaxation, connection, and pain relief. This is done through the careful placing of disposable, hair-thin, stainless steel wires along your meridians, or energy pathways. And no, these "needles" don’t hurt!
- Acupuncture Deluxe: For a more thorough treatment involving deeper health concerns as defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine, we may add such therapies as cupping, moxa, tuina massage, and herbal recommendation.
- Acupressure: The holding of points on the body and limbs along the meridians making connections to organs and tissues to relieve many conditions. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
